Additionally, 1 hour before the start of your booking, you can go into your dashboard and select your booking. In the booking details, you will see a number that you can call to contact your housekeeper. This is a masked number that is diverted to your housekeeper's number. Proceed to dial that number to reach your housekeeper.This function is especially useful if you need to inform them that you might be slightly late etc.
