Payment for the cleaning session is only taken after the housekeeping service is rendered and completed. After the booking is made with credit card details entered, we will commence the allocation of cleaners to your home. You will get a cleaner confirmation between 24 hours of when you booked to 3 days before the start of your cleaning booking date.
If we are unable to have a cleaner confirmed for your home, you can choose to reschedule (simply inform us or reschedule via your dashboard) or you can cancel the booking. There are no charges for cancellation if both conditions are fulfilled - there is no cleaner assigned AND if not less than 24 hours to the booking.
