However, if you really need to contact them, you can go into your dashboard and select your booking. In the booking details, you will see a number that you can call to contact your housekeeper. This is a masked number that is diverted to your housekeeper's number. Proceed to dial that number to reach your housekeeper. This function is especially useful if they have not turned up, or if you are not home and wish to call them to speak with them during the session.

If your cleaner arrives 30 minutes late, he / she will also work till 30 minutes after the scheduled service end time.
