We ask that if there is any verified damage, please work it out with the cleaner if they are still at the place of booking, while at the same time, inform us of the matter. Should the matter remain unresolved, we can step in to mediate the situation and work out the possibilities of resolution upon informing us within 24 hours of the occurrence of damage. Do remember to provide us with the (including but not limited to) necessary photos, evidence so that we can help to remedy the situation.
If theft is detected during or after the cleaning - with evidence of the cleaner doing so, please report the matter to us within 24 hours, and if required, we will leave it to your discretion to make the necessary police reports. Theft is a criminal offence and as such, we will have the appropriate authorities step in to manage the issue, and our assurance is that we will fully cooperate with the relevant authorities on providing the necessary information to resolve the case.
