We understand plans change! As such, Fuss has a simple function for you to seamlessly manage your booking via your dashboard.
Simply log in to your Fuss.sg account to access your dashboard. Once you are logged in, you can reschedule or amend your booking under ‘My bookings’ tab, provided your booking is not confirmed with a cleaner and / or it is not less than 48 hrs to the booking date and time.
For one time booking, the rescheduling is straight forward. However, for recurring booking, do take note that when this function only reschedules the immediate upcoming booking. For changes to "future bookings, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- To reschedule, log into your Fuss.sg account.
- Click on the booking to see booking details.
- You will see 2 options below: Reschedule or Cancel
- Click on Reschedule Booking and you will see this screen.
- Proceed to select changes in time and date, then click on "Reschedule Booking" button.
Kindly note booking date cannot be made to 2 or less days from today. Duration cannot be altered. Should you require any change in duration, kindly contact email@example.com.
